I will be sharing mostly reflections about work at Grupo Bimbo. Things I’ve learned through my years associated with this great company, and its unique philosophy.

Grupo Bimbo is a Mexico based, multi-national food company specialized in baking, and dedicated to the mission of Nourishing, Delighting and Serving the world.

It was founded in Mexico City in 1945 and has become the largest bakery in the world, with operations throughout the Americas, in Spain and Portugal and in China.

It is a company that aspires to be Sustainable, and both “Highly Productive, and Deeply Humane”, a paradox that somehow it manages to make come to life.
